Russia and Ukraine exchanged attacks overnight in which at least seven civilians were killed and more people were injured on both sides, according to local authorities.
In Russia’s border region of Belgorod, five people were killed and 24 injured, including a four-year-old boy, in Ukrainian drone attacks, the regional administration said in a statement.
In the Belgorod region, authorities stated that Ukrainian drone attacks damaged 29 apartment buildings and five private houses, as well as administrative buildings and „commercial facilities.“
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today that overnight, drone warehouses in the Kharkiv region were hit, as well as fuel depots and other equipment belonging to Ukrainian forces in the port of Odesa.
Russian forces shot down 153 Ukrainian drones overnight.
On the other hand, Russian missiles struck a residential building in the Saltivskyi district of Kharkiv, where two people were killed and 13 injured, according to the head of the Ukrainian region, Oleh Syniehubov.
At least eight people were injured in the Ukrainian Black Sea port of Odesa after „dozens of missiles and drones“ struck the city and surrounding area, said the head of the local administration, Oleh Kiper.
