More than one kilogram of the prohibited substance ketamine chloride was seized during the inspection of a postal shipment from the Netherlands, the Customs Administration announced today.
The declared contents of the shipment from the Netherlands were two pairs of pants and a board game – a puzzle, but a detailed inspection revealed that a bag containing a white powdery substance was hidden in the box with the puzzle pieces, the statement said.
“A field analysis confirmed that the substance was the prohibited ketamine chloride. The discovered shipment has been handed over to the police for further jurisdiction,” the Customs Administration stated.
