In Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia region, which is partially under Russian occupation, eight people were killed in a Ukrainian attack on a resort, Russian authorities announced today. On the other side of the front, Ukrainian authorities said that three people were killed in a Russian drone attack in the northeastern Sumy region.
The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that in the Sumy region it struck a „warehouse and launch site“ for Ukrainian drones, but Ukrainian authorities say that the Russian drone hit the private courier service Nova Poshta.
These attacks followed a major Russian strike on Friday near Kyiv, in which at least 10 people were killed and around 100 wounded.
The exchange of attacks continues as there is no indication of a possible diplomatic agreement to end the Russian invasion of its neighbor, which has lasted for nearly four and a half years.
